Let me cut to the chase and introduce our new collection of house designs, we call this collection the Casa Moderno. This consists of five unique designs that all depend on the size of the lot. However, despite the difference in lot area, these designs all feature at least a minimum of three bedrooms, a lanai, a balcony, and a carport. 

This only goes to show how we can smartly configure your space and make the most of it even though you may think it offers only limited possibilities.
